Graphite Impregnated Economical Pump & Valve Interlock Braid
Style 3000G is an economical general-service packing for moderate pump and valve applications, constructed from a special acrylic yarn impregnated with PTFE suspensoid and graphite to enhance lubricity and heat transfer. Its interlock braid construction (plaited for 1/8" and 3/16" sizes) provides reliable sealing performance where demanding chemical resistance is not required. Rated for temperatures up to 500°F / 260°C, shaft speeds up to 1,500 FPM / 8 MPS, pressures up to 300 PSI / 20 BAR, and a pH range of 4 to 10. Available in black in sizes 1/8" through 1" square, supplied on 5 lb spools.
